How do I use the LoveSmiles Teeth Whitening Kit?

How long will the product last?

Our kits are designed for 2 users and will generally last you 3-6 months depending on your lifestyle. And if you’re a single and out there to mingle well then you’re in luck because it’ll last you even longer.

How do I know it’s safe?

LoveSmiles is Australian owned, cruelty-free, gluten-free & peroxide-free with no added chemicals.

Our products exceed Australian and international consumer standards and are Australian Certified ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, Food Grade Certified and tested and certified by NSF International against NSF/ANSI.

However, if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding it is recommended you speak with your doctor.

Does this product harm the environment?

LoveSmiles is the worlds first teeth whitening kit that links sustainability to health and wellbeing. Our product is made out of 100% activated coconut shell and includes a natural biodegradable bamboo toothbrush.

When you purchase from us, you’re not only reducing your plastic footprint, you’re contributing to more gum trees in Australia and supporting our efforts to support injured wildlife.

How long will until I can expect results?

After the first application, your teeth will instantly feel cleansed but it sometimes takes up to two weeks to see results.

Results can vary depending on the existing condition of stains and discolouration on the teeth.

The product works best on the natural tooth enamel (veneers and capped teeth excluded).

How long will it take to arrive?

Australian Orders

Most orders submitted before 3:45 pm from Monday to Friday (Australian Eastern Standard Time) will be sent the next business day.

All postage is tracked through to delivery.

We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses.

Shipping time frames 1-2 business days (Australia Post Express).

International Orders

Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including non-payment of duty & VAT, incorrect address, unclaimed at the post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to email customers@lovesmilesteeth.com to arrange redelivery and will also have to pay for all postage costs.

If the package arrives and is it signed for customer needs to contact the carriers directly and arrange redelivery.

What happens if the kit turns up damaged?

You must notify us within 48 hours after delivery of damaged goods. We will then investigate your claim within a reasonable time frame and ensure you receive an undamaged kit.

Do you offer refunds?

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem (see damaged product question).

What happens with my personal information?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing: with your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

Do you have a physical store?
